Charles P. Graziano, 95, Hammonton, died on March 21, 2018 at home. He was the husband of the late Rita (Ialacci) Graziano. Born in Hammonton, he was the son of the late Ralph and Rose (Rodio) Graziano. Charles was a lifelong resident of Hammonton.
Mr. Graziano graduated from Hammonton High School in 1941. He served in the Army during World War II, stationed in Northern France during the Battle of Normandy. For many years he worked at Kessler Shop-Hammonton Park Men's Clothing as a cutter. Mr. Graziano was very active in the Hammonton community. He was a member of the Hammonton Fire Company #2 since 1954 where he served as a former Treasurer. He was also a member of the Hammonton Rescue Squad from its inception until its closure. Surviving are two grandchildren, Erin M. Joyce and Patrick C. Joyce, two great grandchildren, Brayden and Ryan, son-in-law Dennis Joyce and brother-in-law Joseph Ialacci (Sylvia), nieces, including Suzanne Ialacci, nephews and longtime caregiver Sophia Parkosa. Mr. Graziano was preceded in death by his daughter, Patricia Ann Joyce, sister Anna Graziano, and brother Anthony Graziano.
Family and friends are invited to attend his viewing at the Marinella Funeral Home, 102 N Third St Hammonton on Sunday evening March 25th from 6 PM to 8 PM. Additional viewing will be on Monday from 9:45 AM to 10:45 AM at St. Mary of Mt. Carmel Parish St. Joseph Church N. Third Street Hammonton. Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM.
