Charles Watson, Sr. age 73 of Hammonton, NJ died Thursday September 20, 2012 at Hospice Care of South Jersey in Bridgeton, NJ. Born in Hammonton, NJ he was a lifelong resident He graduated from St. Joseph High School class of 1957 and was a member of the basketball team. He served in the U.S. Army. He worked for the Trump Marina for over 28 years and retired from the Golden Nugget in Atlantic City as a Gaming Supervisor. He was member of the Son's of Italy Giuseppe Garbaldi Lodge # 1658 of Hammonton, NJ. Charles was an avid Yankee's fan. He was a loving father, Grandfather, Son, Brother and a friend of many. Predeceased by his Father Milton Watson. Beloved husband of Roslyn ( nee Grasso ). Devoted father of Charles M. Watson, Jr. of Hammonton, NJ and Kim Cellini and her husband John of Linwood, NJ. Dear son of Anna Watson ( nee Ranere ). Loving brother of Mark Watson ( Judy ) of Hammonton, NJ, Karen DeMarchi ( Ron ) of Linwood, NJ and Patricia Wagner of Hammonton, NJ. Grandfather of John Joseph, Michael and Lindsey Cellini and Carley Chamberlain-Watson. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing on Saturday 10:00am-12:00pm at St. Mary of Mt. Carmel Parish St. Joseph Church 3rd and French Streets Hammonton, NJ. Mass of Christian will be held at 12:00pm. Burial will be in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery 124 South First Road Hammonton, NJ. Donations may be made to the American Cancer Society 626 N. Shore Rd. Absecon, NJ 08201.
