Nancy Milley

Nancy Milley, age 85 of Hammonton, passed away Tuesday September 5, 2017 at AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center in Pomona, NJ. Nancy was born in New York. She was a lifelong resident of Hammonton and a graduate of Hammonton High School in 1950. Nancy graduated University of Pennsylvania in 1954 with a Bachelor's Degree in English and was a member of Phi Beta Kappa. She taught English and Latin for the Hammonton High School and also taught at Bartram School, a private school for girls in Jacksonville Florida. A lover of the piano, she gave lesson from her home and volunteered for several churches in the Hammonton area. Nancy was also a memcer of Women's Civic Club in Hammonton. She is predeceased by her parents, J. Chester and Marion Milley and brother Roger Milley. Surviving are her sister Joan Ambrose and her husband Charles of Phoenixville, PA and sister in Law Marcia Milley of Absecon, NJ. She will be missed by her nieces and nephews. Family and friends are invited to attend her viewing Monday from 11:00am - 12:00pm at the Marinella Funeral Home 102 N. 3rd St. Hammonton, NJ followed by services at 12:00pm.
