Angelina T. Rodio

Angelina T. Rodio (nee Rizzotte) age 89 of Hammonton, passed away Monday July 1, 2014 at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Phila. PA. Angie was born and raised in Hammonton. She retired from the Atlantic County Board of Elections as a registration clerk. She also was the manager and bookkeeper for Hammonton Diner. Angie was a member of Atlantic County Republican Committee, member and past secretary of Hammonton Regular Republican Club, member and past secretary of Hammonton Welfare Board. Angie was member and past president (1979-81) Knights of Columbus Palliotti Council Ladies Auxiliary, past president of Veterans of Foreign Wars and Republican Auxiliaries. Also past president and secretary of Hammonton Jr.-Sr. PTA. Angie was active in her parish where she was a member of St. Rita Society and Altar Rosary Society. Angie was predeceased by her parents Antonio and Rose Rizzotte, brothers Samuel and Gaetano " Tom" Rizzotte. Angie was the beloved wife of Pasquale "Pat", devoted mother of Anthony P. and his wife Judy of Northfield, Patrick N. Rodio and his wife Kim of Hammonton and RoseAnn Carlin of Atco, dear sister of Anthony Rizzotte of Hammonton. Loving grandmother of Meghan, Mark, Anthony, Kyle, Jared and Kirsten. Family and friends are invited to attend her viewing Sunday Eve. 7:00- 9:00pm and Monday after 8:30am at the Marinella Funeral Home 102 N. 3rd St. Hammonton. Mass of Christian Burial will be Monday 10:00am at St. Mary of Mt. Carmel Parish - St. Joseph 3rd & French Sts. Hammonton. Burial will be in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery 124 S. First Rd. Hammonton. Donations may be made in Angie's memory to St. Mary of Mt. Carmel Parish 226 French Street Hammonton, NJ 08037.
