Anna M. Heggan ( nee Pajic ) age 89 formerly of Blue Anchor, NJ died Saturday June 1, 2013 at the Heritage Assisted Living in Hammonton, NJ. Born in Indiana, PA she lived in Blue Anchor most of her life. Anna would take the bus to Camden to make Gun Sights for the Military during WWII. She also raised mink on her farm and worked for several years for National Foods in Blue Anchor, NJ. Her main love was serving as Treasurer for Grace Union Methodist Church. Predeceased by her husband, Gerald Heggan Sr. and her son Gerald Heggan, Jr. her parents, Michael and Agnes Pajic. Surviving are her son Allen J. Heggan and his wife Joan of Catasauqua, PA. Daughter in law Eleanor Heggan of Blue Anchor, NJ. Brother Thomas Pajic and his wife Arleen of Cherry Hill, NJ, 2 sisters Joyce Bombara and her husband Sam of Waterford, NJ and Barbara Panarello and her husband John of Hammonton, NJ. Loving Grandmother of Gerald Heggan,III, Kacy Heggan, Matthew Heggan and Elizabeth Heggan. Family and friends are invited to attend her visitation on Weds. June 5 from 10:00 am until 12:00 pm at Grace Union United Methodist Church 131 E. Central Ave. Blue Anchor, NJ. Service will be held at 12:00pm. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery 316 Henry Ave. Blue Anchor, NJ. Arrangements entrusted to the Marinella Funeral Home 102 N. 3rd St. Hammonton, NJ.
