Anne C. 'Anna C. Ruggeri' Ruggeri

Anne C. Ruggeri (nee Merlo) age 94 of Folsom, passed away Friday Nov. 27, 2009 at her residence.
She was born in Ancora, and was a lifelong area resident. Anne was the past president and held many other offices for the Community Associates Volunteers for W,B. Kessler Memorial Hospital, where she achieved 17,000 volunteer hours from 1973-2003. In 2004, Anne was honored by the Borough of Folsom and given the Outstanding Citizen Award. She was also the original Co-Founder of the Folsom Republican Club. Anne is predeceased by her husband Joseph A. Ruggeri, her parents Giuseppe and Nunciata Merlo and brothers Sam, Anthony and Nicholas Merlo, sisters Rose Chappine and Phoebe Scaffidi. Devoted mother of Joseph Ruggeri and his wife Janice of Hammonton. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing Tues. eve 7:00-9:00pm and Wed. morning 9:30-10:30am at the Marinella Funeral Home 102 N. Third St. Hammonton.
