Barbara Helen Perna

Barbara Helen (nee Lancaster) Perna age 70 of Elmer,NJ passed away Nov. 9, 2009 at Temple Hospital. Born in Phila. PA, she graduated from St. Joseph High School in Hammonton. She worked as a Secretarial Assistant I for the State of NJ. She was the past president of Alloway Wistarburg Ruritan and an active member of Hardingville Bible Church. Barbara is predeceased by her parents Stanley "Thomas" Lancaster and Margaret Hoyle Lancaster, brothers Charles Lancaster and Edward Morris and granddaughters Jennifer Perna and Shannon Fustin. Surviving are her children Anthony T. Perna, Barbara A. Sheridan, Marie Ciancio, Dolores (Walter) Riley, Michelle Perna and Judith (Ryan) Startare. Dear sister to Thomas (Rita) Lancaster, Michael (Kathy) Lancaster and Margaret (the late Jimmy) Tedder. Loving grandmother of Shawn Fustin, John and Marie Henderson, Amanda welsh, Mariah Perna, Katherine, Eric, Thomas, Christopher and Walter Riley, IV, Mitchell Dylan and Julian Startare. Great-grandmother of 11. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing on Sat. at 9:00am at the Marinella Funeral Home 102 N. Third St. Hammonton. Services 11:00am at the funeral home.
