Carl Robert Tillstrom, Jr.

Carl Robert Tillstrom, Jr. age 71 of Hammonton, NJ passed away suddenly Thursday February 13, 2025.

He was born in Bridgeport, Ct. and moved to New Jersey to pursue a business with family. He has lived in Hammonton for over 40yrs.

He was an Engineer for Rudco Products in Vineland, NJ. Previously, he worked at PerkinElmer and Sikorsky Aircraft in Connecticut.

In his younger years, he enjoyed playing guitar in a band and attending rock concerts. Besides spending time with his beloved wife of 45 years, a few of his favorite hobbies included riding his Harley and driving fast cars. He also enjoyed boating and fishing from a young age which later became a regular outing with family and friends. He was extremely proud of his four girls, and enjoyed many nights at the Lake coaching softball.

He is predeceased by his father Carl R. Tillstrom, Sr. his brother David Tillstrom and granddaughter Gabriella Santora. Carl is survived by his loving wife Louise (nee Benz), his daughters Alison Fedga, Michelle Tillstrom, Lisa Baker (John), Carolyn Tillstrom, his mother Ruth Tillstrom, brothers Peter Tillstrom (Claudia), John Tillstrom (Sharon) and sisters Susan Wincklhofer (William), Karen Barnes (Bob) and Diane Circelli ( Phil). He will be sadly missed by his grandchildren David, Christian, Tyler and Melanie Fedga, Silvio, Gennaro, and Max Santora and Dylan and Nicholas Baker.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Viewing Wednesday February 19, 2025, from 5:00 - 7:00 pm at the Marinella Funeral Home 102 N. Third St. Hammonton, NJ 08037. Celebration of Life Services will be held at 7:00pm. Cremation will be held private under the care of the Marinella Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Carl's memory and also Gabriella's memory to Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.
