Carmella "Dolly" Parzanese

Carmella "Dolly" Parzanese (nee Vena) age 89 of Elm, NJ passed away Tuesday September 3, 2024.

She was born and raised in Vineland, NJ. Dolly worked alongside her husband Salvatore "Chubby" on their family farm and upon his passing in 1990 she owned and operated Parzanese Bros. Farm from 1990 - 2009. She was a former member of the Elm Vol. Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary. Her true love was cooking, baking and Sunday Dinners with her family.

Carmella is predeceased by her husband Salvatore "Chubby" Parzanese, her parents Luigi and Antonetto Vena, Grandson Nicholas Parzanese and siblings, Andrew and Albert Vena, Theresa Fichera and Edith Vena.

She is survived by her loving sons, Salvatore and his wife June, Paul and his wife Nancy and Louis and his wife Maria. She is the loving grandmother of Salvatore Victor, Alisha, Paul, Jr. and Ava Parzanese as well as great grandmother of Riely, Salvatore and Mia Parzanese.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing Monday, September 9, 2024 from 9:00-11:00am at the St. Mary of Mt. Carmel Parish - St. Anthony Church 285 Rt. 206 Hammonton, NJ. Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 am. Burial will be in Oak Grove Cemetery 500 N. White Horse Pike Hammonton, NJ.
