Carol A. Olive

Carol (Brigandi) Olive age 75 of Hammonton passed away on Sunday June 17^th at Jefferson Hospital in Washington Twp, NJ.
Carol was born in Hammonton, she was a lifelong resident.  Carol loved cooking for and spending time with her husband and family.  She was a member of the Hammonton PTA and a room-mother every year for both of her daughters.  She was a devoted member of St. Mary of Mt. Carmel Parish.  She enjoyed babysitting for her grandchildren and traveling to Lancaster as often as she could.  Carol was a graduate of HHS Class of 1961 and loved the monthly luncheons with her classmates.
She is predeceased by her parents Mike and Rose Brigandi, in-laws Angelo and Angie Olive.  She is survived by her beloved husband of 55 years Angelo "Sonny" Olive, her daughters, Michelle (Layne) Ell of Hammonton and Melanie (Tige) Vitale of Egg Harbor Township, her five grandchildren Desiree Downes of Hammonton, Danielle (Jeffrey) Downes, Samantha Ell of Mays Landing, Sunnie and Jarred Vitale of Egg Harbor Township, and precious great grandson Luke Angelo of Mays Landing, her sisters Mary Morganweck and Rose Rita (Joe) LaRosa, sisters and brothers in law Marie Olive, Patti (Ralph) Perna, Bill (Janice) Olive all of Hammonton and many nieces and nephews.
Family and friends are invited to attend her viewing Thurs7:00-9:00pm and Friday 9:30-10:30am at the Marinella Funeral Home 102 N Third Street, Hammonton. Mass of Christian Burial, Friday 11:00am at St. Mary of Mt. Carmel Parish - St. Joseph Church, Third and French Street, Hammonton.
