Celia Rivera

Celia Rivera , age 80 formerly of Hammonton, NJ died Monday September 9, 2013. Born in Rincon, Puerto Rico she lived in New York and New Jersey for over 65 years. Celia Ministered at the Spanish Pentecostal Church in Landisville NJ and was Chaplain for many local prisons for 17 years. She also worked at Greenbriar Nursing Home in Hammonton. Celia is survived by her husband of 56 yrs Domingo Rivera Sr; 4 Sons, Jose Antonio Seda, Roberto Aponte, Domingo Rivera Jr., and David Manuel Rivera; 6 Daughters, Anna Bonet-Carlino, Leticia Rivera, Debra Hernandez, Doris Margaret Ness, Aura Celia Mays, and Diane Rivera; 2 Brothers, Gilberto and Louis Aviles; 2 Sisters, Isabel and Guadalupe Aviles; 33 Grandchildren and 21 Great-grandchildren. Family and friends are invited to attend her viewing Friday 4pm - 8pm and Saturday 11am at the Marinella Funeral Home 102 N. 3rd St. Hammonton, NJ. Service will be held Sat. 1pm at the funeral home.
