Charles E. Ambrose

Charles Edward Ambrose, known fondly as Charlie to his family and friends, age 84 of Phoenixville, PA passed away Thursday March 27, 2025 at Lankenau Medical Center in Wynnewood, PA. He was born and raised in Hammonton, NJ. After high school he served in the U.S. Army and later moved to Phoenixville, PA.

Charlie worked as a Commercial Realtor for Herbert Yentis & Company in Philadelphia, Pa for several decades. He especially enjoyed playing golf with his good buddies and working in the commercial real estate industry.

Charlie is predeceased by his parents Paul and Matilda Ambrose (nee Caporale), his brothers, Kenneth and Louis "Buddy" Ambrose and sister Roselyn Carr. He is survived by his wife Joan Ambrose (nee Milly), his sister June Ambrose and his nieces Kathleen Davidson, Kim Wolf and Susan Brodish.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his visitation Tuesday April 8, 2025 from 11:00am - 12:00pm at the Marinella Funeral Home 102 N. Third Street Hammonton, NJ. Services will be held at 12:00pm. Burial will follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery 248 S. First Rd. Hammonton, NJ 08037
