Croce "Chris" Randazzo

Croce “Chris” Randazzo passed away after a brief illness on June 21, 2024. He was surrounded by his loving family.

Croce was born on November 17th, 1935 in Carini, Italy. The oldest of four, Croce came to America on May 3, 1950 with his brothers Anthony, and Joseph, his sister Margaret, and his mother Angelina. They settled in Philadelphia, where he met his late wife Joanne. The pair opened Randazzo’s bakery, and it was there they had their two daughters, Angela and Ann Marie.

They moved to Hammonton in 1981. It’s in Hammonton that Croce enjoyed his retirement, and filled his time with gardening, landscaping, and spending time with his grandchildren. Croce enjoyed a good card game with his brothers and family. When he wasn’t outside working on his garden he and his wife spent their time enjoying their family, who lived right next door to them. Croce was an amazing father and grandfather, who taught his family what unconditional love looked like.

He is predeceased by his father Francesco, his mother Angelina, his wife Joanne, his brother Anthony and brother-in-law Bernie. He is survived by his daughters Angel (Phil) Sharp, Ann Marie (Leo) Rizzo, his four grandchildren Erica, Anthony, Christopher and Nicole, his brother Joseph Randazzo, his sister Margaret Capuano and many loving nieces and nephews. A special thanks from the family goes to Yamah, his home health aid, and to the extended family who came together to help care for grandpa.
