Delorse Jean, 83, of Hammonton formerly of Vineland passed away on August 28, 2016. Delorse loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She worked most of her life in the banking industry and enjoyed crocheting and crossword puzzles. She was known for her quick wit and great sense of humor. She is predeceased by her son David Allen, granddaughter Courtney Allen and son-in-law Stephen Rooney. She is survived by sons Joseph Allen (Michele), James Allen, and Kevin Allen (Julie); daughters Susan Allen and Nancy Rooney, with whom she resided; Robert Allen (Linda) who was like a son to her; grandchildren Joseph Allen III, Shannon Caruso (Frank), Monica Allen, Stephanie Pistone (Chris), Sara Verrillo (Rich), Kevin Allen Jr. and Justin Allen; and great grandchildren Jayden Allen, Hannah Allen, and Gia Pistone. She is also survived by sisters Hattie, Linda and Patty and brother Ed. Family and friends are invited to attend her viewing Thursday 9:30 am with Mass of Christian Burial at 11:30 am at St. Mary of Mt. Carmel Parish, St. Joseph Church Third & French Sts. Hammonton.
