Donald J. Volpe

Donald J. Volpe MD , age 59 of Hammonton suddenly entered the glorious gates of Heaven on July 21, 2013. Donald was born in Philadelphia and a resident of Hammonton. He was a graduate of St. Augustine Prep High School and received his bachelor of science from Fordham University. He received his doctorate of medicine from Hannemann Medical School. He completed his residency at Cooper Hospital. Donald enjoyed surfing, the beach, playing his guitar, reading, music and trains. He is predeceased by his parents Donald J. and Teckla (nee Campanella). Surviving is his loving wife Vickie (nee Treen), his children Donald J. III and his wife Kelly and Clare Weygard and her husband Sean. Two step-daughters Donelle and Dina Butcher. Brother of Teckla Volpe and Cynthia Benedetto and her husband Sal and uncle to Matthew, Michael and John Benedetto. Family and friends are invited to attend his viewing Wednesday 6-9 pm and Thursday 10-11am at the Marinella Funeral Home 102 N. Third St. Hammonton.
