Edward P. Liberto, age 82, of Blue Anchor, NJ passed away suddenly on Friday, June 6, 2014. Born and raised in Blue Anchor he graduated from St. Joseph High School in 1950 and attended LaSalle University. Ed served in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean War. He was an owner and operator of L.B. Farms - a family business for many generations. He was a former Winslow Twp. Committeeman from 1978 - 1982 and member of the N.R.A. He is predeceased by his wife Jeanne S. Liberto ( nee Smith ), parents Antonio and Erminia Liberto, sister Thelma Parisi and brothers Sam, Joseph, Raymond and Rudy. Surviving are daughter Lisa Linardo ( Jim ) and loving grandsons Kyle and Alex Linardo of Blue Anchor, NJ and stepson Albert Winstel ( Evelyn ) and grandchildren Cheryl, Shannon, Mary Louise, Ryan, Albert, and Margaret of Berlin, NJ. Dear brother of David Liberto of Hammonton, NJ. 2 sisters in laws Josephine Liberta of Blue Anchor, NJ and Jean Liberto of Blue Anchor, NJ. He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing Friday from 6:00pm - 9:00pm and Saturday from 9:30am - 10:30am at the Marinella Funeral Home, 102 N. 3rd St. Hammonton, NJ. Mass of Christian Burial will be held 11:00am at St. Mary of Mt. Carmel Parish - St. Joseph Church 3rd & French Streets Hammonton, NJ. Entombment will be in Greenmount Cemetery 124 S. First Rd.
