Ellen Rose ( nee Martinelli ) age 89 of Hammonton, NJ passed away Saturday April 4, 2015 at Hammonton Health Center. Born in Carrol Twp. PA, Ellen worked for Modern Clothing Company and W. B. Kessler Clothing Company for many years as a seamstress.
She loved playing cards, bowling, sewing, cooking, and going to the casinos with friends
and spending time with her grandchildren. Predeceased by her husband Charles and parents Joseph and Clementina Martinelli, sisters Florence D'Ambrosio and Theresa Dell Valle and brother Eugene Martinelli. Beloved mother of Charles R. Malandra, Jr. of Monroe, CT. Dear sister of Pasquale "Pat" Martinelli of Egg Harbor Twp. NJ and Jenny Brown of Hammonton, NJ. Loving grandmother of Jennifer Buzi ( Adam ), Michael Malandra ( Cassie ), Steven Malandra ( Jessica ) and Alex Malandra. Great Grandmother of Ashton and Layla Buzi and Piercen Malandra. Family and friends are invited to attend her viewing Friday from 9:00am - 10:30am at the Marinella Funeral Home 102 N. 3rd St. Hammonton, NJ. Mass of Christian Burial will be held 11:00am St. Mary of Mt. Carmel parish - St. Joseph Church 3rd & French Streets Hammonton, NJ. Burial will be in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery 124 S. First Rd.
