Frances S. Lisa

Frances S. Lisa (nee Sindoni) age 85 of Ocean City, NJ and formerly of Medford Lakes, NJ. Franny was born in Hammonton, NJ and graduated from Lower Camden County Regional High School in 1957. She began her career at GMAC prior to marriage, raising a family, and helping with the family businesses.

She is predeceased by her parents, Anthony and Jean Sindoni (nee Figga).

Frances is survived by her loving husband Franklin D. Lisa, her two daughters Toni-Jean Friedman and her husband Kevin, and Chrissy Duman and her husband Scott, as well as her brother Anthony Sindoni and his wife Patricia.

She will be sadly missed by her grandchildren, Matthew Duman, Megan Schroeder and her husband Eric, and Nathalie and Pyper Friedman.

Franny was the axis around which her family and friends revolved. She was kind to all and showered people with love and food. Lots of food. One never left Fran's house empty-handed. Her love of the Flyers, Phillies and Eagles was second to none. She was a member of the Flyer's "Unducked Puck Club" after taking a puck to her wrist at a game. She knew more about those teams than anyone. Franny was "Mom", "Aunt Fran", or "Mom-Mom" to more than her blood relatives. She loved to chat with everyone and, by the end of the conversation, would invite them to her home in Ocean City. Her deep faith and love of God were always evident. Her light shines strong from above for all who love her.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Mass of Christian Burial on Friday at 11:00 am, March 7, 2025, at Christ the Redeemer Parish - Assumption Church, 315 Carl Hasselhan Drive, Atco, NJ 08004. Burial will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery 260 W. White Horse Pike Berlin, NJ. Luncheon immediately following at Lucien's, 81 W White Horse Pike, Berlin, NJ.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Frances' memory to Special Olympics New Jersey.
