George Irizarry

George Irizarry of Buena, NJ passed away on September 13, 2010 at Innova Care in Hammonton.
Born in Puerto Rico, he moved to New York City in 1951, he then moved to Buena, where he met and married his loving wife of 58 years Joan (Archer) Irizarry. Before his retirement he worked for Statewide in Folsom for 18 years, retiring in 1993. He loved singing opera, baseball, the ponies, fast cars and especially his mustangs. George is predeceased by his daughter, Belinda Irizarry. Surviving are his wife Joan Irizarry of Buena, his son George and his wife Candy of Vineland, his daughter Beverly Orlano and her husband Joseph of Millville. Also surviving are 6 sisters and 3 brothers. Loving grandfather of 7 and great-grandfather of 7.
Services will be private . Donations may be made to the Cumberland Co. SPCA Delsea Drive Vineland, NJ 08360. Arrangements entrusted to the Marinella Funeral Home, Hammonton, NJ.
