George P. Jacobs, age 64 of Folsom, NJ passed away Tuesday November 4, 2014 at his residence. Born in Camden, NJ George graduated from Hammonton High School in 1968. He worked for Whitehall Labs in the Production Dept. for over 27 years retiring in 1990. He owned and operated Jacobs Towing for many years and was an excellent mechanic. If you ask anyone who knew George well they would tell you he had a great sense of humor. He loved watching Western films and listening to Country Western music. When he wasn't working he was busy raising farm animals, collecting antique cars, and making homemade wine. George will be missed by his friends and family. Predeceased by his father Placido Jacobs and sister Bernice Jacobs. Surviving are his children Jeremy Jacobs and his wife Tonya of Lady Lake, FL, and Lisa Jacobs of Millville, NJ. Mother Jo Ann Nachand of Willow Creek, CA and brother Mark Jacobs of Willow Creek, CA. Loving grandfather of Cade, Rohan and Esree Jacobs. As well as, Donna Jacobs the mother of his children. He will be missed by his beloved dog Klinger. Family and friends are invited to his memorial talk Monday 7:00pm at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses 4747 White Horse Pike, Egg Harbor City, NJ 08215. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. Arrangements entrusted to the Marinella Funeral Home 102 N. 3rd St. Hammonton, NJ. Donations may be made to humanesocietyac.org.
