Henry J. 'Harry' Straus

Henry J "Harry" Straus age 58 of Hammonton, passed away Wednesday April 26, 2017. Harry was a 1977 graduate of Hammonton High School. He worked for Cappuccio and LaManna Farms as a young man. He worked for Lenox China as a glazer and was a roofing carpenter by trade where he worked for
K. Hovanian Homes.
Harry is predeceased by his parents Henry "Harry R. and Mary A. Straus, his brother in law Howard Macri. Harry is survived by his siblings Michael J.(Jeff) Straus, John E. (Melody) Straus, MaryAnne (Charlie) DeStefano, Teri Macri, Trudy (Doug) Straus, Susan (Jim) Petrucelli and Judy (David) Friedley. Also his dedicated childhood friend John Ingemi, "Harry O", also many nieces, nephews and "his loves" Kylie and Luca. Harry always gave to everyone with a smile on his face. Even after the accident so long ago that took so much of his abilities, he always smiled through the pain.
Family and friends are invited to attend his visitation Thursday May 4th at 10am with services at 11am at the Marinella Funeral Home 102 N. Third St. Hammonton. Burial in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Hammonton. Donations may be made to Hammonton Cancer Foundation P.O. Box 1066 Hammonton, NJ 08037.
