Ida Iantorno

Ida Iantorno (nee Sena), age 85 of Hammonton, NJ, passed away peacefully at home February 27, 2022, surrounded by her loving family.

Born in Luzzi, Italy, she moved to the United States in 1955. Ida worked 26 years as a seamstress for Hammonton Park Clothes, and 26 years for William B. Kessler Memorial Hospital. She loved to cook, garden, and most of all spend time with her family.

Ida is predeceased by her husband of 61 years, Giovanni “John”; parents Michele and Concetta Sena; sister Rosina Danesi; and brothers Frank, Emidio, and Mario Sena. Ida is survived by her loving children Rose M. (James) Lipford, Carmen Iantorno, and Joanne (Thomas Palm) Iantorno; grandchildren James Lipford, Remi Nicole (Dean) Ihemesie, Ian Lipford, and Joseph Palm; and great granddaughter Giavanna Ihemesie. Also survived by her sisters Josephine Iuliucci and Anna (Frank) Cuci. 

Family and friends are invited to attend her viewing Friday, March 4, 2022 9:00am at the Marinella Funeral Home, 102 N. Third St., Hammonton, NJ 08037. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00am at St. Mary of Mount Carmel Parish - St. Joseph Church, Third and French St., Hammonton, NJ. Burial will follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, 124 S. First Rd., Hammonton, NJ 08037
