Joel W. Caruso

Joel W. Caruso of Ocean City, passed away November 27, 2008 at The Shores at Wesley Manor in Ocean City. Born in Pennsuaken he was an area resident all his life. Joel was a veteran of the U.S. Army during WWII . He worked as a chef and on the golf course for Frog Rock in Hammonton. Joel is predeceased by his son Dominick. Surviving are his children Gary (Joanne) of Alloway, Joel Jr. (Linda) of Marlton and Kevin of St. Pete's FL. and Shirley Garrity (William) of Ocean View. Brother of George, Enrico and Robert Caruso, Jean Shedaker and Mildred Rowan. Loving grandfather of 3 and great-grandfather of 2. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing Monday 11:00am at the Marinella Funeral Home 102 N. 3rd St. Hammonton, NJ. Services will be held Monday 12:30pm at the Funeral Home.
