MANGANO, Jr.
John A. age 59 of Mullica Twp. NJ, passed away Tuesday April 7, 2015 at home with his loving family by his side. Born and raised in Hammonton, NJ he graduated from Hammonton High School class of 1974. John went on to be a Relay Technician with the Atlantic Electric for over 34 years retiring in 2011. He was a bass player and singer in many bands including Devils Crossing, Children of the Grave, Stillwater Sunrise, Finally, Dreamers, Point Blank, Bad Daddy, Eddie's Garage and Common Ground. John was a member of the Cumberland Gun Club, was an avid Target Shooter, and his passions for fishing on his boat the Jack of Diamonds, tying flies and making fishing lures. Predeceased by his daughter Lisa Marie and father John A. Mangano, Sr. and niece Denise Irrera. Surviving are his loving wife Susan ( nee Owen ) and 2 daughters Lindsey and Erin Mangano. His Mother Dorothy ( nee Butkowski ) and brother Michael L. Mangano, Sr. and his wife Joanne all of Hammonton, NJ. Nephews Michael Mangano, Jr. and wife Kelly, Joseph Irrera, James Owen, Jr. and wife Betsy, Brian Owen and wife Lisa, Richard Bullock and wife Erin. Nieces Deanna Mangano, Paula Popa and husband Dan. Sister in law and brother in law Judy and Joseph Irrera, Brother in law and sister in Law James R. Owen, Sr. and his wife Terry, and many beloved Great nieces and nephews. Family and friends are invited to attend his visitation Saturday from 10:00am - 12:00pm at the Marinella Funeral Home 102 N. Third Street Hammonton, NJ. Services will be held Saturday at 12:00pm. Burial will be in Union Cemetery 5433 Somers Point Rd. Mays Landing, NJ. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Cape Atlantic Cats 959 Asbury Ave. Ocean City, NJ. 08226.
