John Crescenzo

John Crescenzo, age 79 of Hammonton, NJ passed away Sunday August 31, 2014 at Heritage Assisted Living. Born and raised in Elm, NJ he attended Lower Camden County Regional High School. He went on to work as an Assistant Superintendent for the Atlantic City Expressway from 1964 until 1994. He was a member of the Elm Volunteer Fire Company and Deborah Hospital Foundation. As a little boy he played for Miller's Department Store in the Hammonton Little League. John loved spending time in Brigantine and Cape May, building Model Race Cars, watching NASCAR, collecting Harley Davidson and Indian Motorcycles Tee Shirts from various states. Predeceased by his wife Christine Ann ( nee Pinto ) and parents Gus and Evelyn ( nee DeCicco ) Crescenzo. Surviving are his children, Charles A. Crescenzo and his wife Melissa and Evelyn Tomasello and her husband John all of Hammonton, NJ. Loving grandfather of Lauren and Jacob Crescenzo. Family and friends are invited to attend his viewing Friday 9:30am - 11:00am at the Marinella Funeral Home 102 N. 3rd St. Hammonton, NJ with services at 11:00am.
