John R. Wayrynen, age 70 of Williamstown, NJ passed away Sunday November 24, 2019 at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Phila. PA. He was born in Aura, NJ and raised in Bridgeton, NJ.
He was a graduate of Bridgeton High School and served in the USMC at Camp Lejeune, NC. He formerly worked for TriCounty Equipment as a service manager/mechanic on aerial lifts. He also worked for Fred Harz and Sons and Harbor Pines County Club.
John accepted the Lord Jesus Christ (born again) in 1982. He served as an officer, Sunday School Teacher and worked in the bus ministry as a driver at Rosedale Baptist Church. His favorite song was: "In the Garden" and his favorite Bible Verses were, John 3:16 " For God so loved the world, that he gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life" and Philippians 4:13, "I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me." He also enjoyed the many times spent with his family, watching American Pickers and nature programs, shopping with his wife and had a love of animals, especially his pets. He will always be remembered and greatly missed by his loved ones.
He is survived by his loving wife, Diana Wayrynen, of 50 years. His children, Christie Gayda (Mike) and Tricia Swan (Rick), his three Grandchildren: Hannah Gayda, Shane and Brooke Swan, One Sister: Anna Uhland (Albert) and several nephews, nieces and friends. He is predeceased by his parents, Ida and Richard Wayrynen, his son, Mark Wayrynen and sister Janet Todd (John).
Burial will be at the convenience of the family. Private services were held by the Marinella Funeral Home
