Juan Rodriguez, age 62 of Hammonton, NJ passed away Wednesday January 6th, 2021.
Juan was born in Utuado, Puerto Rico and has lived in South Jersey since 1969. Juan has been a Hispanic marketing specialist since 1979. He was one of the first Hispanic newspaper publishers in south jersey and has owned two local hispanic newspapers. He was the director and founder of whuzzupquepasa.com as well as the CEO and president of New Life Alliance Association. He was a good hearted, hard working man who loved his community and his family more than anything.
He is predeceased by his parents Tomas and Julia Rodriguez (nee Cortes) and his sister Maria Rodriguez.
He is survived by his son Alfred DeFeo and two grandchildren James and Jacob. Also survived by his brothers Angel, Rafael, Elvin, Ramiro, Victor and Adrian Rodriguez.
Family and friends are invited to attend his visitation on January 14th at Dwelling Place Church, 801 N High Street, Millville, N.J. from 10:00am-12:00pm, with services to follow at 12:00pm. Burial will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery 741 E Walnut Rd. Vineland, NJ 08360.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Freedom Homes 701 N High St. Millville, NJ 08332.
