Kenneth Harry Robinson

August 5, 1939 — September 14, 2022

Kenneth H. Robinson, age 83 of Hammonton, NJ passed away unexpectedly at his home Wednesday, September 14, 2022.


Kenny was born in Atlantic City, NJ and lived in Egg Harbor City for 20 years before moving to Hammonton where he spent 63 years of his life. He graduated from Egg Harbor City High School 1957. He then proceeded to work for his father driving taxi’s and also being a surveyor. Kenny then was employed by Leek’s Boat Yard where he worked on yachts.


Kenny then made a career change to Statewide Hi Way Safety where he worked for over 30 years. He constructed the beautiful Christmas scenes on Mays Landing Rd. in Folsom for years and was very proud of the displays. He began his love for NASCAR while he was fabricating sections for stock cars. He really enjoyed Tom Skinners building and the memories of him. Kenny made a diecast stock car with his number 659 on it.


He loved his cats dearly. Kenny accomplished a lot in his life but the best accomplishment was being the greatest father to Diane. Kenny was proud and loved her dearly.


He is predeceased by his parents Walter and Hazel (nee Scarlet) Robinson.


Kenny is survived by his Daughter Diane Robinson and her Mother Rosemarie, Sister Ella, Brother Joey, Brother In-Law Paul Caywood Jr,. and many loving Nieces and Nephews.


Kenny enjoyed his diner gatherings, auctions, flea marts, Harley Davidsons, NASCAR racing and most of all spending quality time with his family. He also loved music by Willie Nelson, George Jones, Hank Williams, Tanya Tucker and his favorite Johnny Cash, the memories of him singing are priceless. He also loved hanging at the garage with Eddie and Ella at Eddies Foreign Cars. Kenny enjoyed conversations with his friends and family at the diners. He had a talent to be able to fix or construct just about anything. Kenny was a great friend to many and would help anyone with no second thoughts, if you needed him, he was there.


A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date, everyone will be welcomed.


He will be missed dearly. In our hearts forever!
