Luz Cardona

Luz I. Cardona, age 61 of Vineland, NJ passed away Tuesday September 17, 2024 at Preferred Care at Cumberland in Hopewell Twp., NJ.

Luz was born in Humacao, Puerto Rico and lived in Buena and Vineland for many years. She graduated from Buena Regional HS Class of 1981 and worked for Wal-Mart in Hammonton. She enjoyed cooking, was involved with New Horizons Center in Vineland. She was a loving & caring person who always helped where she could. She enjoyed time with her grand babies.

Luz Cardona was baptized as one of Jehovah's Witnesses in 1975 & enjoyed going out in the ministry with Aida Thompson. She will be missed greatly.

Luz is survived by her son Angel Cardona, daughter Veronica Rodriguez (Julio), parents Maximino and Sophia Cardova, brother Max Cruz (Melinda), and sisters Deliris Cruz and Margarita Cruz. Loving grandmother of David Jr., Naeomi, Andrew, and Isabella Lamboy.

Relatives and friends are invited to a service on Saturday, September 28, 2024 at 3:30 pm at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses 225 E. Oak Rd. Vineland, NJ.
