Maria Amoroso

Maria Amoroso ( nee D'Alessandro ) age 83 of Hammonton, NJ passed away Saturday September 28, 2013 at the Heritage Assisted Living. Born in Maddaloni Caserta , Italy she came to Hammonton in 1962. She worked for Crown Pants Clothing Company and was a member of the Amalgamated Clothing Workers of America. She loved sewing, cooking and helping friends with translation, errands and doctor's appointments in her younger days. Predeceased by her husband, Aniello. Surviving are her 2 sons Vincent and Domenic both of Hammonton, NJ. Family and friends are invited to attend her viewing Friday Eve. 7:00pm - 9:00pm and Saturday from 8:30am - 9:30am at the Marinella Funeral Home 102 N. 3rd St. Hammonton, NJ. Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday 10:00am St. Mary of Mt. Carmel Parish - St. Joseph Church 3rd & French Streets Hammonton, NJ. Burial will be in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery 124 S. First Rd.
