Marie A. Pagano

Marie A. Pagano ( nee LaVacchia ) age 88 of Elm, paased Sunday April 14, 2013 at AtlantiCare Hospital in Galloway. Born in Camden, she lived in Elm most of her life.
Our mom was the quintessential homemaker and family woman. She was altruistic and self-sacrificing for the success and growth of her family and friends. She never favored any of her children and was always there for the one that needed her the most at the time. By example she taught us the importance of education, hard work, love, and family. Marie was an avid gardener but more than this she used her many talents to selflessly grow and nurture all of her family and she will be greatly missed by everyone who knew her. Marie is predeceased by her husband Benny and parents Tony and Mamie LaVacchia. Survivng are her children, Marie Caccese ( Ralph ) of Wyoming, DE, Rosann Mott ( Kevin ) of Galloway, Anthony Pagano of Winslow Twp. and Benjamin Pagano (Joanne) of Winslow. Sister of Dorothy Raeder of Collingswood, Elizabeth Albertson of Waterford, Annie Vacarella (John) of Hammonton and Lucy Howe ( Ed ) of Voorhees. Loving Grandmother of Victor and Dominic Caccese, Annamarie, Nicole and Benjamin Pagano and Kevin and Connor Mott. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing Saturday 9-10:30am at the Marinella Funeral Home 102 N. 3rd St. Hammonton. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday 11:00am at St. Mary of Mt. Carmel Parish - St. Joseph Church 3rd. & French Streets Hammonton. Burial will be in Oak Grove Cemetery 500 N.
