Mary Lou Jacobs

Mary Lou Jacobs (nee Anderson) age 73 of Blue Anchor, NJ passed away peacefully at her residence on Saturday June 29, 2013 with her loving family by her side. Born in Bridgeton, NJ, she lived in Blue Anchor for 54 years. Mary Lou formerly worked for Deer Park Bakery as a Book keeper and for Gargano's Bus Company picking up Edgewood High School students. She loved her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and served him in many ways, being a Delegate to the Greater NJ United Methodist Conference for over 30 years and playing the organ. She enjoyed Southern Gospel music and attended concerts all over the South and East. Beloved wife of Frank Jacobs. Devoted mother of Richard "Jake" Jacobs and his wife Carolyn and Susan Jacobs all from Hammonton, NJ. Dear sister of John Anderson and Betty Gaskill. The joy of her life, grandchildren Ashley and Caitlin Rivenbark and Francesca Jacobs. Family and friends are invited to attend her viewing Weds. 9:00am - 11:00am at Grace Union United Methodist Church 131 E. Central Ave. Blue Anchor, NJ. Services will be held at 11:00am.
