Michael Ferrino, age 86 of Folsom, passed away November 28, 2008 at Innova Care in Hammonton. Born in Rosedale, he was a Folsom resident all his life. He served in the U.S. Navy WWII and served aboard US Tattnal in Atlantic and Pacific Theaters and served in the Normandy Beach Invasion. He retired as a painter and was a member of Local 1331 of Glassboro. Mike enjoyed the casinos and was an avid poker player. He enjoyed taking vacations to Europe after his retirement with his wife. Mike is predeceased by his two sons Gary and Robert, his parents Antonio and Antonina (Crea) and his siblings Dominick, Joseph, John, Anthony, Stanley, Samuel, Nancy Gana and Kathryn Giralo. Surviving are his wife of 57 years Angelina (Gerace), his sons Michael of Folsom and Donald of Pompano Beach, Fl. Loving grandfather of Melissa. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing Tues. eve. 7:00 - 9:00pm and Wed. after 11:00am at the Marinella Funeral Home 102 N. 3rd St. Hammonton. Mass of Christian Burial Wed. 12:00pm at St. Joseph Church N. Third St. Hammonton. Burial will be in Holy Sepulcher Cemetery, Hammonton. Donations may be made to American Cancer Society 626 N.
