Michael Gerard Lagona, Sr.

LAGONA, Sr.
Michael Gerard passed away peacefully after a long illness on September 19, 2016. Michael was born on September 12, 1963, in Buffalo, NY. After relocating to Folsom, NJ, in 1991, he was employed in the early years as a Security Guard for Resorts International and later for the Fire Commission. Michael is predeceased by his mother Marie Genco and father Rocco Lagona. He leaves behind two beautiful children, Michael Gerard Lagona, Jr., both of Folsom, two brothers Francis and James Lagona, two nieces Ana Marie and Heidi Lagona, and one nephew Francis Lagona, Jr., all of Buffalo, NY. He will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him. Family and friends are invited to attend his viewing Friday from 8:00am - 10:30am at the Marinella Funeral Home 102 N. 3rd St. Hammonton, NJ. Mass of Christian Burial will be held 11:00am St. Mary of Mt. Carmel Parish - St. Joseph Church 3rd & French Streets Hammonton, NJ. Burial will be in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery 124 S. First Rd. Hammonton, NJ.
