Mildred Benedetto

Mildred Benedetto age 82 of Hammonton, passed away with her loving family by her side on Thursday June 9, 2011 at her residence. She was a 1946 graduate of Hammonton High School. Mildred retired from Ancora State Hospital in 1993 as the head maintenace secretary after 16 years of service . She also worked for Bell Telephone in Camden, NJ and Lenox China in Pomona, NJ. She was a member of the Altar Rosary Society and former member of the St. Joseph Choir. Mildred is predeceased by her husband Anthony " Whitey " Benedetto, Sr. Devoted mother of Anthony " Whitey " Benedetto, Jr. and his wife Ann Marie of Hammonton. Loving grandmother of Anthony J. Benedetto, III and Alanna Benedetto. She will be sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing Monday 9:00am at the Marinella Funeral Home 102 N. Third St. Hammonton. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 am at St. Mary of Mt. Carmel Parish St.Joseph Church Third and French Streets Hammonton. Burial will be in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery 124 S. First Road Hammonton, NJ 08037. Donations may be made to Mildred Benedetto Education Fund Select Bank 44 S. White Horse Pike Hammonton, NJ 08037
