Millie M. Milioti

Millie M. Milioti (nee Santilli) age 97 of Hammonton passed away Friday June 3, 2011 at AtlantiCare in Pomona. Born in Hammonton, she was a lifelong resident. She retired from Newell Clothing Co. in Vineland, and worked as a machine operator for several clothing shops in NJ and PA. Millie was a member of the Children of Mary and The Holy Rosary Society. She taught CCD at ST. Joseph Elementary School and was supervisor of the Religious Article Stand for the feast of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel. Her favorite pastime was sewing. Millie loved to do charity work for the Pallotine Fathers by making their vestments and albs and also by helping the Religious Teachers Fillipini. Millie loved to decorate various shrines in honor of the Blessed Virgin Mary. Millie lived a life of humility, poverty and deep religious faith, this governed all her thoughts and actions. She repeatedly reiterated "You have to have faith, it will pull you through anything." Millie is predeceased by her husband Vincent, parents Ralph and Frances Santilli and brother Michael Santilli. Surviving are her sister Josephine Domenico and brother John Santilli both of Hammonton. Loving aunt of several nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing Weds. 9:30am at the St. Mary of Mt. Carmel Parish St.Joseph Church Third and French Sts Hammonton. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00am at the Church. Burial in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery 124 S. First Road Hammonton, NJ 08037.
