Nicholas J. Granato, Jr.
January 25, 1931 — June 14, 2022
On June 14, 2022, Nicholas J. Granato, Jr. age 91 of Clayton, NJ passed away peacefully at his son’s home surrounded by his loving family.
Nick was born in Vineland and attended Clayton High School, Class of 1949. He honorably served four years in the U.S. Navy. Nick retired as a 65-year member of U.A. Local 322.
He is predeceased by his wife Helen G (nee Kincaid) and his parents Nicholas Granato Sr. and Mary (Reale).
He is survived by his brother Gary (Stephanie) Granato of Franklinville, his daughter Patricia (Maurice) Ragan of Clayton, his son Richard (Wanda) Granato of West Deptford, and daughter Gail Granato of Clayton.
Loving grandfather of his five grandsons and six great-grandchildren. He will also be lovingly missed by his dear friend Fran Green of Sewell and many lifelong friends.
Family and friends are invited to attend his Mass of Christian Burial, 11:00am Monday June 20, 2022, at The Parish of Saint Michael the Archangel St. Catherine of Siena Church 700 Delsea Dr. Clayton, NJ. Burial will follow at Hill Crest Memorial Park Sewell, NJ.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Heartland Hospice 1385 Chews Landing Rd. Clementon, NJ 08021
