Peter P. DeMarco 84, of Hammonton, passed away at AtlanticCare in Pomona on June 29, 2011. Born in Hammonton, Pete was a lifelong resident. He was the owner and operator of Pete's Citgo and Salvage Yard in Hammonton. Pete was a 50+ year member of Hammonton Vol. Fire Co. #2 and a member of American Legion Post #186. He was predeceased by his parents Frank and Louise DeMarco, his four sisters and 6 brothers. He is survived by brother Lawrence and his wife Terry DeMarco of Hammonton. Loving uncle of Claudio Spinelli, Sam Sofia, Dominic DeMarco Jr., Anthony DeMarco Jr.,David DeMarco, Gerald DeMarco Kitty Lou Perna, Louise Bock, Joann Lenetsky, Darlene Avedissian, Janis DiFilippo, RoseMarie DeMarco and Louise Melhado. Also surviving are many loving great nieces and nephews and friends. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing Tues. 9:30am at the Marinella Funeral Home 102 N. Third St. Hammonton. Mass of Christian Burial Tues 11:00am St. Mary of Mt. Carmel Parish St. Joseph Church Third & French Sts. Hammonton. Burial in Oak Grove Cemetery, Hammonton.
