Richard Michael Ruggiero

Richard M. "Rich" Ruggiero, age 74 of Melbourne Fla. and formerly of Berlin, NJ passed away March 5, 2009. Beloved husband of Ida. Dear father of Michael Ruggiero of Cedarbrook NJ, Richard M. Ruggiero Jr. of Sewell NJ, Mary Anne Marino of Marlton NJ, Mark Ruggiero of Kingsland Ga. and Gregory Ruggiero of Blackwood NJ. Loving grandfather of 8, Matthew, Christina, Rachel, Michael, Jon, Lori, Dan and Diana. Dear brother of Mildred Ruark Audubon NJ, Dorothy Ferguson, Boca Raton, Fla, Eleanor Lambiase, Mt. Laurel, NJ. Rich was an Army veteran during the Korean War from 1952 until 1955. He owned his own business "Richard's Hardware Store" in Camden NJ for over 30 years where he worked closely with local Community Organizations for the betterment of the poor and needy. Relatives and friends of the family will meet for his viewing with Tuesday March 10th from 7:00pm to 9:00pm and Weds.9:30am at St. Agnes Catholic Church 701 Little Gloucester Road, Blackwood, NJ. Mass of Christian Burial 10am Wednesday at the church. Burial will be private. The family requests in lieu of flowers donations be made in Richard's memory to American Cancer Society 626 N. Shore Rd.
