Rinaldo Vigna

Rinaldo Vigna, age 88 of Hammonton, NJ passed away peacefully at home Sunday February 7, 2021. He was born and raised in Serra Pedace Italy and worked as a Postal Carrier. He moved to Hammonton in 1961 and started working as a tailor for W. B Kessler Clothing Company from 1961-1982, Flight Apparel Inc. from 1982 - 1989 and Bayside State Prison from 1989 - 2004 when he retired. He loved spending time with his family and friends, cooking, sports, and playing Italian cards. He enjoyed listening to Italian music especially his favorite artist Claudio Villa; he also enjoyed gardening and growing his fig trees and a good glass of wine.
He is survived by his devoted wife Rita, his 3 children, Francesco Emilio Vigna of Royersford, PA, Richard Rinaldo Vigna and Nancy Rita Vigna both of Hammonton,NJ, his brother Mario Vigna of Italy and his loving grandchildren Elliott Preston Vigna and Craig Robert Scharlach, Jr.
Family and friends are invited to attend his viewing Monday, February 15th from 12:00-2:00pm at the Marinella Funeral Home 102 N. Third St. Hammonton, NJ. Service will be at 2pm at the funeral home and burial will follow at Oak Grove Cemetery 500 N. White Horse Pike Hammonton, NJ.
