Rita T. Ranere

Rita T. Ranere ( nee Tomasco ) age 86 of Hammonton, NJ passed away Thursday December 27, 2012 at her residence with her loving family by her side. Born in Phila. PA she lived in Hammonton most of her life. Rita graduated from Drexel University with an Associate's Degree and went to work for Dr. Tomasco in Phila. PA. Later she worked as a secretary in the family business P.T. Ranere Inc. in Hammonton, NJ. She volunteered for the W.B. Kessler Memorial Hospital Ladies Auxiliary with more than 2000 hours of service, was the Past President of the Hammonton P.T.A. and a member of the Hammonton Jay- Cee - Etts. Rita and her husband were active members of the Holiday Rambler RV Travel Club Chapter 22 and traveled extensively throughout the United States and Canada. They enjoyed spending their winters in Florida. Predeceased by her parents Angelo and Mildred Tomasco. Beloved wife of husband Peter T. Ranere, Jr. Devoted mother of Peter T. Ranere, III and his wife Dawn of Medford, NJ, Nancy Scianni and her husband Frank of Hammonton, NJ and Donna Schmidt and her husband Jim of Wallingford, PA. Dear sister of Lewis Tomasco of Havertown, PA. Loving grandmother of John Scianni ( Michelle), Carolyn Scianni, Emily Schmidt, Hilary Schmidt, P.T. Ranere, IV and Dana Ranere. Loving Aunt of many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing Monday from 9:00am - 11:00am at St. Mary of Mt. Carmel Parish - St. Martin de Porres Church S. Egg Harbor Rd. and 129 Park Ave. Hammonton, NJ. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00am. Entombment will be in Oak Grove Cemetery 500 N. White Horse Pike Hammonton, NJ.
