Robert J. Parmer, Sr.

Robert J. Parmer, Sr. age 96 of Hammonton, NJ passed away Monday October 16, 2023 at the New Jersey Veterans Memorial Home in Vineland, NJ

He was born and raised in Philadelphia, PA, moved to Collings Lakes where he raised his family and finally settled in Hammonton, NJ. He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II.

Upon his retirement from SKF Bearing distributors he began working for Harrah

Resort where he also retired.

He loved bowling with his family in leagues at DiDonato’s Bowling Alley in Hammonton, NJ

He enjoyed the casino’s and Bingo with his daughter and friends.

He is predeceased by his parents Howard and Florence Parmer, Sr. wife Teresa, daughter Margaret Henshaw and sons Robert, Gerald and Thomas Parmer.

He is survived by his son Bruce Parmer and son in law Thomas Henshaw as well as many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Cremation and services will be held privately by the family.
