Robert J. Tratta

Robert J. Tratta, age 80, of Hammonton, NJ passed away peacefully Sunday, December 25, 2022 at his home with his loving family by his side.

He graduated from Hammonton High School in 1960. He served in the Army National Guard from 1960 – 1964

He worked for ACME Markets as a store supervisor for more than 30 years. Then went on to work for Harrahs Casino as a Supervisor of Housekeeping for 10 years. Lastly for Stockton University with his brother Richard. Robert loved Wildwood beaches, watching the Phillies and the Eagles with his family, and hunting with his brother and grandsons.

His is predeceased by his parents John and Edith (nee Caputo) Tratta and his brother Richard R. Tratta.

He is survived by his devoted wife Jeanne (nee Valentino), daughter Gina Vitullo and his two grandsons Dominic and Daniel Vitullo. He will be sadly missed by his nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing Saturday December 31, 2022 9:00am - 10:30am at the Marinella Funeral Home 102 N. Third St. Hammonton, NJ 08037. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11am at St. Mary of Mt. Carmel Parish St. Joseph Church Third & French Streets Hammonton, NJ. Burial will follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery 124 S. First Rd. Hammonton, NJ 08037.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to help offset funeral expenses.
