Thomas P. Mccarty

Thomas P. McCarty, age 64 of Hammonton, NJ passed away suddenly on Thurs. March 3, 2011. Born in Phila. PA. He moved to Hammonton 30 years ago. He retired from COTY - Ancora of Galloway. Everyone knew him as Jersey Tom. He was very active with his church and meetings for AA. He always tried to help everyone. Tom was a very poetic person, he will be remembered as a very caring and loving person. He will truly be missed.Tom was predeceased by his wife Maureen (nee Ferry) of 43 years and his identical twin brother Richard. He is survived by his dear daughters, Patricia Sexton (Sean) of Newtonville, NJ, Kathleen Goldy (Edward ) of Tabernacle, NJ and Maureen Carter (Roger) of Buena Vista, NJ. Dear brother of Jimmy McCarty and the late Annette, Dan McCarty (Mary) and Bobby (Mary) McCarty all of PA. Brothers in Law Maurice A. Ferry, III, Joseph (Tina) Ferry of Hammonton, NJ, Michael (Debbie) Ferry of Folsom, NJ Sisters in Law, Mary Sandors, Catherine Presti and Patricia Chappine (Tom) all of Hammonton, Teresa Yeager of Elmer, NJ, Bernadette Frith of Folsom, NJ and Darlene Ward ( Greg ) of Boca Raton, FL. Loving Pop Pop of Ernie, Jr., Rita, Rebecca, Brandon, Brittany, Thomas, Joseph, Stephanie, Shannon, Coty and Austin. Special uncle of 32 nieces and nephews and 33 great nieces and nephews.
